BASKETBALL being one of the most popular sports in the world; is exciting and fast-paced, pitting player against player and skill against skill. Having strong fundamentals like dribbling, passing, and shooting are the keys to the success of any ambitious player or team. Though flashy dunks, trick shots, and off the wall dribbling techniques are fun to watch and have their place, they often create a “superstar” mentality that ultimately hurts the team if not put in check. What makes basketball great is the combination of individual talent and team strategy, ultimately producing a match that’s sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. Ace Basketball Program includes game play in a fun and energetic environment.
A more advanced level of instruction focusing on increasing all individual skills levels, game strategies, game tactics including man on man defense, offensive rebounding, screen plays, set play drilling, strength and conditioning…
Mini Aces – Ages: 5-7 yrs old
This is an exciting and fun program which incorporates diverse and entertaining games aimed at the smaller children. Focusing on simple skills such as hand eye co-ordination, dribbling, passing, shooting, exercises balancing and basic ball movement. The children will be encouraged to interact with each other whilst still experiencing the excitement of the game.
Super Aces – Ages: 7-9 yrs old
This were the kids are starting to develop more of an understanding of the game. Where they get to learn additional techniques such as dribbling and short passing drill footwork. Having fun is still the main priority, however, more advanced skills and communication are incorporated.
Ace Aces – Ages: 10-15+yrs old
Ace Aces program is focusing on ball handling skills , offence and defense, playmaking, strength and conditioning drills. The program raises the fundamental basketball skills ability of participants and introduces court-craft and game strategy awareness.
